ACH only: keeping dues fees low
Credit card processing is convenient — and expensive for a neighborhood budget. Here is why we offer one digital payment method.

Many platforms offer credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and wire transfers. We offer ACH for online payments, plus ways to log checks and Zelle when neighbors pay offline.
Credit card fees on a $300 quarterly assessment run about $9 per resident. ACH fees passed to the resident at checkout are $3.75. Across a neighborhood and a year, that difference adds up.
ACH is reliable and works with most US banks. If a resident prefers mail, we can send a paper invoice with a QR code to pay online.
One clear way to pay online, fewer fees for the neighborhood, less confusion for residents.
