A better way to schedule HOA meetings
Email threads get long fast. A simple poll helps you pick a date and puts the winner on your neighborhood calendar.

I once spent 11 days trying to find a Tuesday in October that worked for five board members. The thread had 47 replies. Two people changed their mind twice. One person was on a cruise and didn't see the final date until the meeting was already over.
That is why we built meeting polls into Blocbear.
How polls work
- Pick 3–5 candidate dates and times.
- Send the poll to your board or your whole neighborhood with one click.
- Neighbors get an email with a one-click vote link — pick an option on the page, no app download required.
- The winning date automatically lands on your neighborhood's shared calendar.
Bonus: the same polling system works for anything the board wants resident input on — pool hours, paint colors, whether the new playground should have a tire swing. Volunteers shouldn't have to be project managers.
